Where we ship

We ship to addresses within India only.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Made-to-order items show their own time on the product page.

Delivery time after dispatch

Standard: 5–7 business days.

Express (where available at checkout): 2–4 business days.

Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Free on orders above ₹499. For smaller orders, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We send a tracking link by SMS, email and WhatsApp when your order ships. You can also track at https://artkartstore.shiprocket.co/tracking.

Damaged in transit

Please record an unboxing video. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery as explained in our Refund & Return Policy, and we will replace or refund the item.

Failed delivery

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or no one accepted it, we will contact you to re-ship (a new shipping charge may apply) or refund the order value minus shipping.
